BASE - Youth Athlete Development
Program is designed for youth athletes grades (4th - 8th) , who have started competitive sports, and are looking to enter into a “fitness” and “sports performance” training program. Our JV program’s main focus is to address neuro-muscular deficiencies (movement/coordination) many athletes experience while growing into their bodies, introduce resistance training for CORE and lean mass development, as well as coach speed and power mechanics for improved performance and muscle firing in all sports.
20:00 - Movement - Core - Skill Coaching
Each session will begin with flexibility /mobility work, movement coaching and body control (deceleration), stability/balance, and technical drill work for motor skill, running efficiency, foot and ground strike, and barrier/ landmark change of direction drills

30:00 - Speed - Power - Strength
JV athletes are introduced to Upper and Lower body free weight compound lifts each session– goal is to learn proper form, control weights through ranges of motion, and begin to develop fat free mass. Power program will feature plyometric progression and max speed drills and sprinting.

10:00 - Conditioning - Competition
our athletes to complete in as teammates or individuals. Whether pushing sleds/plates, sprinting the turf, or competing in a relay race, we want our athletes to push themselves to levels of discomfort, while still having fun and experiencing the rewards of hard work and training |
