After returning from a two month post-graduation vacation in Germany with an extra fifteen pounds back in 2014, Kyra's infatuation for fitness and overall wellness was ignited. She has dabbled in every form of sports and
movement under the sun- from basketball and dance to track and rock climbing-but discovered her true love is seeing how the body can change over time from strength training with basic compound movements. She believes in being an eternal student of movement, and is currently working towards becoming a sports nutritionist with PNL1 and strength and conditioning specialist with CSCS.
In her free time she's an avid walker, as it's the best way to explore new places, and a lover of a good dad joke.
